Registration and terms

Full payment is due at contract signing for purchase of training package, or single sessions (evals or consults).

Payment is due at or before scheduled training walks.

Training Package payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.

Training Packages must be completed within dates outlined in contract. Typically for a 5 week package, you will have 7 weeks to complete.

No refund will be granted for any unused portion of the package.
Cancellations and No-Shows

You may reschedule any session when providing 24+ hours advanced notice.

No credits or refunds will be granted for no shows or cancelations occurring with less than 24 hours notice.
General Info

Service area for Dog Training includes Long Beach, Signal Hill, Seal Beach, and Lakewood.

Training sessions meet for 50 minutes to 1 hour unless other arangements have been made prior to the session.

Dogs must be current on all age-appropriate vaccinations.

All dogs should go potty prior to their session.

Have a variety of treats your dog loves available for each session.

If the dog is reactive toward people, the dog must be leashed while trainer is present, unless otherwise instructed. The dog must be on leash or safely confined prior to the trainer entering the home.

We do not permit prong, choke, electronic collars, or retractable leashes.
