"What is your favorite part of working with animals?"
I have had a passion for animals my entire life, from owning a chameleon to learning how to ride horses, I love all creatures! Animals have taught me a great deal about patience and persistence, two vital traits that can be carried on through any scenarios of life. I developed a specific passion for canines early on, and that passion has led me to where I am today with Pet Waggin’!
"What is your #1 pet care tip or something you want to share with clients?"
A big lesson I learned early on in my canine career is that a wagging tail does NOT always indicate a friendly or happy dog. It can be very easy to misinterpret a dogs’ behavior and motive if you don’t know what to look for. Many people know that a tucked or lowered tail can indicate fear or stress, however a stiff, slow wagging tail can be a sign of tension or even aggression. It is important to look at many aspects of the dogs’ body to determine their disposition, and the tail is no exception.
"What I like most about working at Pet Waggin?"
