Our meet-and-greet is your chance to get to know us, ask questions and set the stage for pawsome personalized care. Plus, we’ll handle the admin stuff, like collecting copies of your house key so we’re ready to deliver top-notch care when you need us!
What to Expect
Meet your pet care team
Two of our team members will swing by to meet you and your pets. Fill out info in your online account beforehand so we can hit the ground runnin’.
Sniff of approval
Your pet gets a chance to meet their new bestie before your first official service. Bonus: This is their time to sniff, wag or meow their approval!
Short and sweet
Our meet-and-greet visit lasts about 15 to 30 minutes — aka just enough time to chat, connect and build the foundation for the purrfect pet care.
