Step 1: Book a call
Let’s get to know each other! This quick chat is your chance to ask questions, share your pet care needs and see if we’re the perfect fit. We’ll also check our availability and walk you through the next steps.
Step 3: Meet-and-greet time
Where the magic happens! Your pre-matched sitters will meet you and your pets, go over details and make sure everyone’s tails are waggin’ with excitement. Ask questions and get comfy with our paw-cess.
Step 2: Activate your account
Once you’re ready to roll (over), we’ll set you up in our system. You will fill out details about your home and pets (don’t worry, it’s fast!) so we can provide personalized care. Need support? We’ve got tips to make it a breeze!
Step 4: Sit back and relax
Yay, you’re officially part of the Pet Waggin’ family! You can use your online account or app to schedule and pay for services, receive updates from your sitter and message our team directly. It’s that easy!
